Thickened sludge pumping from flotation thickening
Settled sludge from primary and secondary treatment can be thickened by flotation downstream to reduce sludge volume for further treatment. While supernatant can be recirculated in the plant, thickened sludge is pumped to additional treatment process for stabilization and waste handling.
