Inlet pumping
The untreated wastewater lifts into the plant using pumps. For handling large variations in inflow, for example combined storm water and sewerage network, using several pumps of different sizes and speed drives are preferred. Coarse screens and sand trap, located upstream of the pumps, increase the reliability of the pumping.

Monitoring & Control

APP 500
APP 500 pump controller is a comprehensive standard controller for effective and reliable pumping that can control one up to four pumps with or without alternation. Standard functions as Start and stop set points can be set for each pump and the unit can calculate in-/outflow, overflow, pump capacities and handle alarms as over flow, low pump capacity etc. APP500 can be programmed by use the navigation keys on the front panel. It can easily be installed in your control panel since the APP 500 consists of an I/O unit and an operator panel. Flygt's APP 500 can as well communicate to a higher sophisticated Scada System that log data and provide settings, statistics and trend reports, preferably Flygt's AquaView for easy installation and maintenance. All brands of level transducers with 4-20mA can be used.

APP 700
The APP 700 series is a complete range of RTUs (Remote Terminal Units) specifically designed for pump stations and developed to meet the demands for powerful and flexible monitoirng and control of waste and clean water systems. The APP 700 offers carefully selected pump control functions and the open architecture equals an extemely versatile controller with the ability to communicate with the most common SCADA systems, resulting in more effective control of pump station applications. The flexible and expandable platform let your plant expand free from care.

ATU
Alarm transmitter with an alarm and overflow function

MAS 700
Pump monitoring system featuring embedded web functionality and powerful trobleshooting.

PS 200
PumpSmart PS 200 is a concept that has been tailored for running waste water pumps. With the PS 200 you can expect all the advantages of speed regulation, plus top pumping efficiency. Besides waste water pumping PS 200 is also applicable for water supply, process water, sludge pumping, mixer applications and PD pumping. It communicates with pump controllers such as APP 700 and interfaces with different SCADA systems e.g. AquaView.
