After sludge treatment following secondary treatment, waste sludge needs to be reduced in volume before it is disposed outside the treatment plant. Pumping is important in order to transport the sludge at various heads and controlling the solids loading rate to meet the capacity of the dewatering unit.

Monitoring & Control

MAS 700

MAS 700

Pump monitoring system featuring embedded web functionality and powerful trobleshooting.

PS 200

PS 200

PumpSmart PS 200 is a concept that has been tailored for running waste water pumps. With the PS 200 you can expect all the advantages of speed regulation, plus top pumping efficiency. Besides waste water pumping PS 200 is also applicable for water supply, process water, sludge pumping, mixer applications and PD pumping. It communicates with pump controllers such as APP 700 and interfaces with different SCADA systems e.g. AquaView.
