Dewatered sludge pumping
After the dewatering, the dry solids contents have significantly been increased. This may cause high head losses in transporting the sludge for disposal or further tertiary treatment. Thickened sludge needs to be pumped downstream, directly to disposal or sludge storage.

Progressive cavity pumps
Progressive cavity pumps are self-priming, rotary displacement pumps with a wide range of applications in processes for handling sludge, slurry and other viscous media. The rotor turning inside the stator forms cavities that progress uniformly from suction to discharge, carrying the liquid with them. This type of pump has the added advantages of providing highly accurate dosing.

Besides waste water pumping PS 200 is also applicable for water supply, process water, sludge pumping, mixer applications and PD pumping. It communicates with pump controllers such as APP 700 and interfaces with different SCADA systems e.g. AquaView.
